Tony Dungy Suggests Colts will beat Saints in Super Bowl

Tony Dungy is convinced his old team will win the Super Bowl on Sunday. Dungy, who resigned as Colts coach after last season, said on Dan Patrick's radio show on Wednesday that he can't see the Saints upsetting the Colts in Sunday's Super Bowl."I would be absolutely shocked," Dungy said of the possibility of Indianapolis losing. "They haven't lost a game yet this year that they were trying to win."

Diddy Sued Over Unauthorized Use of Billboard Ad In the hit movie "Notorious"

Rap mogul P. Diddy is starting the New Year 2010 with a new legal problem he's been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit over a billboard featured in his hit movie Notorious. Veteran model Angelyne filed papers in the U.S. District Court of Los Angeles on Monday, January 4, 2010 after she noticed one of her famous Los Angeles billboards advertising herself . Diddy's "Bad Boy Films" is named as a defendant, alongside Fox Searchlight Pictures and State Street Pictures. The lawsuit reads, "At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, or adapt distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the Notorious motion picture."
